The reality that 14% of European workers are involved recommends that a lot of European supervisors struggle to do either. Companies that throw this pattern sight engagement as a strategic top priority. They identify that the manager-employee relationship is one of the most crucial motorist of engagement and organic development, and they approach the job of enhancing engagement with the same roughness, discipline, and commitment that they come close to other service issues.

The bright side is that the bulk of Europeans are disengaged but not disgruntled. They are resting on the sidelines, waiting to be inspired. They are winnable, and companies can fix this space by much better equipping their supervisors with the discovering and advancement they need to be much better people supervisors.
